He was predeceased by : his parents, Martin L. Walser and Janice M. Walser (Johnson); and his siblings, Edward "Ted" Schusster, Richard "Dick" Schusster and Judith Ramsey (Walser).

He is survived by : his wife Irene Britton; his brother Phillip Walser (Judy) of Renton, WA; his children, Lora Lewis (Walser), Kevin "Toby" Walser (Diane) of Otis Orchards, WA, Roger Walser Jr. (Kathy) of Spokane, WA and Angela (Reger); and his grandchildren, Brandy Buzinski, Danny Schubert, Scott Lewis, Chastity Clarkson, Christopher Walser, Cheree Sauer, Shea Walser, Josie Walser, Clay Walser, Matthew Reger and Jacob Reger. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Millwood Presbyterian Church, 3223 N Marguerite Rd, Millwood, WA 99212.
