He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Herriges and Anastasia Herriges; his siblings, Anastasia, Caroline, Arthur, Norbert, Edgar, Mark, Allen, Pat and Jim; and his friend Sally Peterson.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his siblings, Mary Bullman of Helena, MT and Dan; his sister-in-law Valerie Herriges of Woodland, WA; his son Christopher; his daughter-in-law Margaret (Helena); his son Gregory; his daughter-in-law Jennifer of Enumclaw, WA; his grandson Collin (Clara); and his friends, Terry, Michael, Linda Geraghty, Joe and Sue Heidenreich. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
