It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Sam L. Picicci of Spokane, Washington, who passed away, on May 29, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Picicci and Venita Picicci (Veltrie); and his siblings, Louise Clary, Josephine Melnick, Jack and Jim.

He is survived by: his wife Sandie; his sons, Patrick (Chandra), Terry (Nicole) and Samuel (Tanya); his grandchildren, Ryan (Kari), Alex (Abby), Reigan, Grayson, Hudson, Cameron, Samuel and Ashlynn; his great grandchildren, Bryson, Henrick and Mia; his brothers, Joe and Dean (Toni); and his sister-in-law Joanne. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Sam's name to the following Charity: Nels Venerus Hockey Scholarship Foundation.
