He is survived by: his wife Martha Lou Wheatley-Billeter; his sister Rebecca Bilinsky; and his nephew Bobby Joe Bilinsky.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hennessey Funeral Home (2203 N Division St, Spokane, WA 99207). A reception will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Wa State Veterans Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Washington State Veterans Cemetery, 21702 W. Espanola Road, Medical Lake, WA 99022.
