He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Charles Caswell of Parkinson's Disease and Opal Marie Burke; and his sister Patricia.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Cathedral (1115 W Riverside Ave, Spokane, WA 99201). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In memory of Father Caswell, the faithful are asked to perform an act of charity for someone in need or to take action in the promotion of justice among peoples and nations.
