He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Neill and Cuba Zell O'Neill. He is survived by: his wife Dawn O'Neill; his children, Nick O'Neill, Kristin Melendez (Chiron) and Ryan O'Neill (Kearra); his grandchildren, Jadon, Shayla, Daysha, Anya, Shianne and Jaimesyn; and his siblings, Mike O'Neill (Myria), Laura Roberts, Eva O'Neill and Patrick O'Neill (Yvonne).
