He was predeceased by: his wife Janice; his brothers, Ivan and LeRoy; and his parents, Forrest and Nancy.
He is survived by: his sons, Ken (Bridgette), Steve (Stephanie), Jeff (Amy) and Russ (Kendra). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to the Jarvis Scholarship Fund, benefiting youth bowling.
