He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Nilles and Emma Nilles; his brother Robert; his wife Shirley Nilles; and his children, John Goodwin, Anita Dillard (Chris), Marsha Haddorff (Todd), Christine Green (Tim), Keri Dean (Glen), Matthew Goodwin and Randy Nilles (Rachel).
He is survived by: his siblings, Larry, Pauline Yager and Jim Nilles. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
