He was predeceased by : his brothers, Brad and Mark. He is survived by : his wife Tammy; his children, Daylen, Micah (Zoe) and Megan; his granddaughters, Ava and Tegan; and his siblings, Brian (Suanne) and Camille (Chris). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
