He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn "Sally" Tobin and Donald Tobin. He is survived by: his daughters, Breanna Tobin and Melissa Tobin; his granddaughters, Willow and Wrenley; his siblings, Diane Bross (Norm Bross) and Kevin Tobin (Cathy Tobin); his nephew Nick; and his nieces, Tina and Amanda. He is also survived by his daughters and granddaughters.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 20598 Starbird Rd, Mount Vernon, WA 98274.
