He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie and Wallace; his wife Peggy Coleman (Gladys); and his daughters, Sandra (Sandy), Christina (Chris) and Marian.

He is survived by: his grandchild Merrill; his daughter Sue Coleman-Corriveau; his grandchildren, Zachary Lorren, Dylan Corriveau, Cypress Tucker, Geneva Luna, James, Brian, Phillip, Ben Amble and Adrienne Siemsen; and his pet Charlotte. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great-grandchildren.
