We are sad to announce that, on November 18, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Joel Parker (Sumner, Washington), born in Aberdeen, South Dakota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Parker and Rita Parker (Gage); and his siblings, Danny, Tom, Andy and Patty.
He is survived by: his wife Karen; and his siblings, Alyson Mattsen, Tim, Bill, Michael, Bob, Lorrie Gieser, Connie Searles, Paul, John and Jerry. He is also survived by 40 nieces and nephews, 74 great nieces and nephews and 4 great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that memorial contributions be directed to Wounded Warriors Project or St. Joseph's Indian School in Chamberlain, S.D., two organizations and causes close to Joel's heart.
