He is survived by: his siblings, Minnie Ramirez (Gilbert) of Yakima and Ray Perez (Liz) of Grandview; his daughter Rosie Kranz (Ted) of Sunnyside; his grandchildren, Daniele Jolie Kranz (Daniel), Jacqueline Marie Espinoza (Nathan) and John Lee Perez Kranz (Emma); and his great grandchild Daphne Jolie Kranz.
