She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Lyczewski and Kathrina Lyczewski (Zimmerman). She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Eugene Hazzard; her children, Danny Fox (Jan), Lloyd Hazzard (Sheila), Barbara Bos (Dennis), Vickie Koreski (Mark), Karen Clark, Steve Hazzard (Debbie) and Tony Hazzard (Nancy); her siblings-in-law, Cecilia Miller, Jackie Poe, Margie Thrift (Jim), Shirley Hazzard and Lyle Anderson (Mary Lou); her great grandchild Owen James Hazzard; and her siblings, Arnold, Mathew Lyczewski, Melvina Berg and Mathilda "Tillie" Owen. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
