She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Price and Aileen Price; her husband Richard "Dick" W. Bootsma; her siblings, Art, Donald Price, Nancy Newenhof and Rex; her sister-in-law Betty Bootsma; her son-in-law Ronald Hochhalter; and her nephews, Greg Newenhoff and Robert Bootsma.
She is survived by: her children, Richard W. Bootsma Jr. (Dina) and DeAnn G. Hochhalter. She is also survived by three grandchildren, five great grandchildren, numerous nieces, and nephews.
