He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Smith and Beverly Ice; his stepfather Wayne Ice; his mother-in-law Brandy McDarment; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Bartley and Gary Sowers.
He is survived by: his nephew Corbin (Workman); his wife Dina Smith; his daughters, Ami Ell (Austin) and Brittny Smith; his grandchildren, Emma Ell, True Smith (Ameera), Myah Ell and Lucy Fisher; his siblings, Donna Powers (Chris), Lynn Pope (Leon), Joan Sowers, Sandy Cueto (Bud) and Kent Smith (Sue); his stepmother Jo Smith; and his brothers-in-law, Danny Chaparro (Lisa), Ricardo Reyes (Rhonda) and Neal Ambriz. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and some of the best friends.
