He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Salgado and Consuelo Roman; his wife Graciela Torres of Forest Grove, Oregon.; and his brother Felix Salgado. He is survived by: his children, Lilia Salgado of Yakima Washington, Javier Salgado of Kennewick, Elias Salgado of Yakima and Anisa Diaz of Yakima Washington.
