Garcia (Sunnyside, Washington), born in McAllen, Texas, who passed away on April 7, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband David Garcia Sr.; her children, Monica Franklin, David Garcia, Jr. and Gloria Urness; her grandchildren, Justin, Tyler Franklin, Anika, Morgan Garcia, Jacob and Samantha Urness; her siblings, Beatriz Garza (Belkis Arambul), George and Pedro Franco; and her nieces, Christina DeLeon and Suzy Higley.
