She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bernardo Olvera and Maria Olvera; her husband Noe Medelez Sr.; her children, Noe Medelez, Julie Ruiz (Javier Ruiz), Robert Medelez, Olga Medelez, Manuel Medelez (Ilda), Nola Medelez, Sue Medelez and Bobbie Medelez; her stepson Jerry Reyes (Priscilla); her grandson Damien Amaro; and her siblings, Mary Helen Resendez (Vicente), Gracie Medina (Rito), Rebecca Medina (Santos) and Guadalupe Olvera (Pio).
Viewing was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home (528 S 8th St, Sunnyside, WA 98944). A rosary was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at the Lower Valley Memorial Garden Cemetery (7800 Van Belle Rd, Sunnyside, WA 98944).
