He is survived by: his wife Rosa Maria Macias; his son Pete Nicacio III (Terri); his family Richland; his siblings, Richard Nicacio and Teresa Anaya; his caregiver Pete; Ana Rose Sherwood (David), Dr. Robert Nicacio (Linda Medeski-Nicacio), Dr. Luis Nicacio (Cynthia), Rita Brown (Chris), Dr. Rudy Nicacio (Lucky), Dr. John Nicacio (Kelli), Dr. Pablo Nicacio (Mandy) and Dr. Jaime Nicacio (Maria). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren.
