She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Bailey and Denver Bailey; her husband Jack Phelps Sr.; and her brother-in-law Mike Steuermann. She is survived by: her children, Jack Phelps Jr. (Kaci) and Valerie Brendemihl (Steve); her siblings, Lynn Hand (Larry), Susan Steuermann, Timothy Bailey and Richard Long; her grandsons, Cole Phelps and Jamie Phelps; and her great grandchildren, Emmalynn Caudill and Michael Denend.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Smith Funeral Home (528 S 8th St, Sunnyside, WA 98944). The inurnment will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at the East Prosser Cemetery.
