He is survived by: his parents, Karen Johnson and Bob Johnson; his significant other Katie Vreedenburgh; his brother Blake (Lacey); his children, Nikolas and Leonardo; the mother of his children Katie Vreedenburgh; and his niece Ruby. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his many friends.
