He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Narce Ruiz and Jan Wynolst; and his aunt Cynthia Decoris Mooney. He is survived by: his parents, Frank Leslie Garcia of Crestview, Florida and Jeannette Ingrid Salinas (Wynolst) of Athens; his grandmother Ingrid Wynolst of Carrboro; his siblings, Deanna Smith (Ryan) of Crestview, Robert Salinas of Lawrence, Christopher Salinas (Ashley) of Abilene and Jennifer Salinas of Abilene, Texas; and his nieces and nephews, Hailey Brooks, Liam Parker, Sloan Salinas, Logan Salinas, Billie Salinas and Hudson Smith.
