It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Darrell Dwayne Wilson of Tacoma, Washington, who passed away on April 19, 2022, at the age of 28, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Darrell Wilson and Brenda Wilson; his sister Brea Wilson; his grandmother Mary Baxter; and his godmother Loretta Carroll-Street. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
Darrell was hired immediately after graduation by the Tacoma Pierce County Health Department where he worked in GIS on Covid related projects.
In continuation of his legacy and as a testament to the life he lived, we are in the process of establishing the Darrell D. Wilson Foundation, which will focus on education, career, and fitness, among other things.
