He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Bothell and Evelyn; and his brother John. He is survived by : his wife Sheryl; his children, Derek and Shelley; his grandchildren, Caleb of Olivia, VJ, Noelle and Natalie; and his pets, Toby, Georgie and Cava.
