He is survived by: his wife Judy Holmes; his sons, Troy Holmes of Tulsa, Marcus Holmes of Oklahoma City and Chasen Holmes of Miami, Florida; his grandchildren, Hunter, Hayley, Kirsten, Isabella, Spencer and Delaney; his brothers, Donald P. Holmes of Westport and Daniel W. Holmes (MaryBeth Paschal) of Leavenworth; and his stepsons, Marc and Chase.
