It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Cooper Rand (Tacoma, Washington), born in Winona, Minnesota, who passed away on July 3, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Edward Rand and Alona Alice Cooper Rand; his wife Alice Dionne; his former wife Jane Rand; his brother Wayne Rand (Kathy); his daughter Collette Rand; his grandson Gabe; his stepchildren, Lisa Haglund (Chad) and Erik Haglund (Jen); his son Leon Rand (Jessica); his grandchildren, Tomis (Sara), Misty, Trevon, Paige and Brooklyn; and his great grandchildren, Grayson and Parker. He was also cherished by his parents, growing up with family, his children, his work, and friends.
