He was predeceased by: his mother Martha Geraldine Hall; and his siblings, Fredrick Carr, Bernadine Huerta (Carr), Michael Carr Sr., Robert Bledsoe, Richard Carr Sr. and Wanda Dennis (Hunt).

He is survived by: his siblings, Audrey Carr, Jacquiline Cooper (Bledsoe), Edwin Hunt, Marvin Hunt and Jerome Hunt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Leo Food Connection in Tacoma.
