He is survived by: his father-in-law Edmond Randle (Ester); his siblings-in-law, Robert Randle and Rhonda Randle; his wife Gwendolyn Fowler; his daughters, Catherine Fowler-Turner and Andrea Fowler; his brother Vernoise Fowler (Kaylee); his grandson Jadon Turner; his mother-in-law Marilyn Randle; his siblings-in-law, Sheryl Randle, Elaine Randle, Earlene Randle and Eric Randle; and his nieces and nephews, Tysha Randle, Tameka LaCour (James II), Shanetra Randle, Charnele Landingham, Julian Anderson-Irving Randle and Jacob Landingham. He is also survived by cousins, friends and of course his AFGE family.
