“I worked alongside Frankie for nearly my entire career. I remember feeling sorry for her because her desk was at the entry to the FAC and all comers had to pass by her (especially at “the old” FAC). But she seemed to love the interactions and good-humored teasing that came her way. There were dark days at times and you knew not to mess with her, but her sarcastic/sweet temperament always returned and there was always a bowl full of candy and a bit of fun gossip to share. She was the GOAT!”

“Completely shocked and saddened by this news😥. Frankie was the glue that kept the Fire Alarm Center for decades. Chiefs came and went but Frankie was the one that told them how to be successful. Worked for years with her at the Fire Department, and she sure made it pleasure with her humor, acerbic wit, her genuine laugh and her eye rolls. God, how I miss her eye rolls!
