She was predeceased by: her husband Leslie V. Smith (Skip); her stepson Andy Smith; and her great grandchild Natalie Kay Thom. She is survived by: her children, Tamara Thom (Jeff Thom), Kevin Stidham and Shawn Smith (Bohemia Isis-Smith). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
Memorial Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to "Children's Cancer Research Fund".
