It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marie M Carrel (Tacoma, Washington), born in Wamego, Kansas, who passed away on March 12, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred H. Talbott and Estella Talbott (Applegate); her husband Robert F. Carrel; and her brother Oscar Talbott. She is survived by: her children, John Carrel (Cherry), Daniel Carrel (Annie) and Ann Hackerott (H. Alan); and her grandchildren, Andrew Carrel, Alex Carrel (Becky), Chad Carrel (Ash), Steven Carrel, Jared Carrel (Sara), Michael Hackerott and Lisa Brauer (Ezra). She is also survived by many great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to First Presbyterian Church, Wamego, 601 Elm Street, Wamego, KS. 66547.
