She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Owen Beadles and Alta Beadles; her children, Jackie Tuell Joday of Onalaska, WI, Cynthia Tuell of Upland, CA and Jim; her grandchildren, Mike, Jon, Matthew Tuell, Dana Sartain and Robin Edwards; her great grandchildren, Jack Tuell, Seth and Drake Sartain; her brother David Beadles of Mission Viejo, CA; and her daughter-in-law Lois Ann Tuell of Lexington, SC.. She was also cherished by her friends, fellow and sister.
Her most substantial contribution to hymnody was her years-long participation and leadership in the creation of the 1989 edition of The United Methodist Hymnal, which currently stocks the pews in virtually every United Methodist Church in the US and many UM churches around the world.
