It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Martin Williamsen of Tacoma, Washington, who passed away on January 31, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Williamsen and Marion Williamsen. He is survived by: his wife Rae; his children, Toni Miraldi (Scott) and Erik Williamsen (Heather); his grandchildren, Parker, Katelyn and Thomas; and his sisters, Lynne Kada and Joanna Schwend. He is also survived by three nephews, a niece, and all their children and partners.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Limestone Baptist Church or Limbs International, a charity for amputees in the developing world for which Mike served as a board member and key partner for two decades.
