He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Russell and Edna Russell; and his wife Jean Grover. He is survived by: his children, Paula Ledbetter (Jerry) of Puyallup, Chuck Russell (Linda) of University Place and Lee Ann Matthews (Tom) of Puyallup. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
