He was predeceased by: his wife Tyna Stemp; his parents, Eugene Stemp and Betty Lou Stemp; and his sister Cynthia Thomson. He is survived by: his children, Sarah Stemp-Lawrence (Chris Lawrence), Jacqueline Posick (Clint Posick) and Randy Stemp Jr.; his grandsons, Jordan Biswell, Tyler Stemp, Ryan Weiss, Kaleb Weiss, Jaycek Stemp, Cale Posick and Finn Posick; and his siblings, Diana Schrader, Eugene Stemp Jr. and Annette Johnston.
