He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dorothy Kerrigan and Phillip Kerrigan; his wife Cynthia; his siblings, Jerri, Chuck and Richard; his children, Jeremy and Candida; his brother Charlie Smith; and his brother-in-law Jeff. He was also cherished by two children, five step children, 12 grand children and one great grandchild.
