We are sad to announce that on September 6, 2025, at the age of 92, Walter Wimsett (Tacoma, Washington) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Walter departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Walter may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Walter leaves behind.
He is survived by: his wife Nam (Genie); his children, Winnie and Kevin; his grandchildren, Jason, Bryan, David, Truman and Sarah; his great grandchild Isaiah; and his daughter Tina. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
