He is survived by: his sons, Michael William Koch and Christopher Fitz-Henry (Nadya Fitz-Henry); his grandchildren, Katherine, Leda, Sara, Daniel and Jonathan; his daughter Sierra Knudson (Dane Knudson); his grandchildren, Liam, Cameron and Nolan; his child Shayla Strickland (Gage Strickland); his grandchildren, Leone and Happy Jax; and his sister Sammie Fisette. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
