He is survived by: his wife Nancy Russell-Rodriguez; his children, Tony Rodriguez Jr. (Trina) of Rochester, WA, Tammy VanSteenkist (Gregg) of Kennewick, WA and Jennifer Smith (Randy) of Finley, WA; his stepchildren, Jennifer Russell of Seattle and Ben Russell (Robin) of Longview, WA; and his sister Delores Daniels of Yakima, WA..
