He was predeceased by: his parents, Benito Juarez and Zenona Juarez; his daughter Josefina Juarez; and his brothers, Jesse, Benny and Abdon Juarez.
He is survived by: his wife Dora Juarez of Toppenish; his siblings, Maria Rodriguez of Wapato and George Juarez of West Valley; and his children, Catherina Mattern (Clint) of Wapato, Hector Juarez (Sofia) of Granger and Robert Juarez of Toppenish. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
