He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, William James Decoteau and Edna Andy Decoteau; his parents, Raymond Garcia and Ella Decoteau; his son William; his siblings, Bubsy and Pnut; his nephew Garrett; and his brother Sonny Harrison.
