It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Ardell Evans (Tumwater, Washington), who passed away on November 5, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Edwin Franklin McLellan and Omie Robertson; her husband Edgar Sampson Evans Sr.; her son Edgar Sampson Evans Jr.; and her siblings, Edwin Lowell McLellan and Barbara L. Vaughn.

She is survived by : her children, Lowell Dean Evans and Sheri Dawn MacKenzie. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
