She was predeceased by : her parents, Mabel Wright and Boyd Wright. She is survived by : her former life partner Stewart Gloyd; her children, Vicki Whitney (Rick), Dean Gregory (McCayne) and Mark Gregory (Carrie); and her stepchildren, Don Gloyd (Eleanor), Anita Schatzer (Kenneth) and Karen Bergt (Russell).

Lois was a dedicated volunteer in Olympia for the Seattle Childrens Hospital and in California for the American Cancer Society.
