She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Donald Wayne Robinson and Margaret Helen Robinson; her children, David (Katelyn Simpson) of Cincinnati, Elizabeth (Logan Green) of Tacoma and Mary (Scott Ligman) of Tacoma; her husband Michael Gray Simpson; her son Jonathan Simpson of Tacoma; and her siblings, Marion (Duke Vermazen) of Reno, Elizabeth (Steven Thompson) of Memphis and Charles (Annie Robinson) of Seneca. She was also cherished by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
