With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathy Hastings of Usk, Washington, who passed away on October 7, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Waldo Hendershott and Pearl Hendershott; her husband Loyd Hastings; and her brother Robert Hendershott. She is survived by: her siblings, Tom Hendershott of Cusick and Sandi Kaler of Usk; her daughters, Cheryl Sample-Reese (Gary) of Cusick and Becky Walrath (Ray) of Usk; and her grandchildren, Briana Nenema-Ward (Jimmy) of Cusick, Ryan Sample of Spokane, Jaxson Walrath (Cassie) of Vancouver, Andrew Walrath of Philadelphia, Christopher McCoy (Monique) of Deer Park, K'leigh Trickler (JD) of Tulare, CA, Madison McCoy of Spokane, Sophie McCoy and Talon McCoy of Deer Park. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, cousins, extended family, friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Usk Community Hall (2442 Black Rd, Usk, WA 99119).
