He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Johnson of Tillamook, Oregon; his son Brent Johnson (Cara) of Pleasant Grove, Utah; and his stepchildren, Jan Kelly of Poulsbo, Washington and Jim Kelly (Dao) of Rockwell, Texas. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
