He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Wogen and Alice Wogen; his brothers, Jerome and Neal; his wife Enid Rosella Lien; his grandchildren, April Wogen and Keith Wogen; and his great grandchild Laura Myers.
He is survived by: his children, Eldon Wogen (Melea) of Yacolt, WA, Elizabeth Myers (Timothy) of Cody, WY and Randall (Rita) of Beaverton, OR. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
