He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald, Bernadine Jensen, Ebenezer Sr. and Nathlyn Warner. He is survived by: his parents, Ebenezer Warner and Judith Warner; his birddogs, Bernie and Daisy; his sister Cynthia; his brother-in-law James Beres; his nephews, Dustin, Luke and Conner; his sister Roberta Laehr; and his nephews, Trevor and Christopher (Katie Willis). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Ben's name to Pheasants Forever or Kettle Moraine United Presbyterian Church in Hartland, Wisconsin.
