Carolyn Sue Wise Obituary

Carolyn Sue Wise, age 80, Passed away on July 9, 2026. She was born on January 25, 1946, in Indianapolis, Indiana to Jack and Helen Wise.

She is survived by a younger sister and brother, Toni and Marc Wise, for whom Carolyn was a lifelong emotional anchor. She always provided them safety and guidance as they were growing up, and into adulthood, making them feel heard and valued.

Carolyn was a steadfast and loyal friend and mentor to her nieces and nephews, and the young people she encountered in her work as a middle school guidance counselor. A resident of the Wolfeboro, New Hampshire area for over 40 years, she spent the bulk of her career making a difference at Kingswood Regional Middle school.

She will be interred next to her beloved wife, Krista Abear, at Lake View Cemetery in Wolfeboro.

Her family is grateful for the kindness and support shown by her many friends during this time.
